本機(jī)是在引進(jìn)和吸收國外先進(jìn)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，由我公司自主研發(fā)的一款專業(yè)針對西林瓶的灌裝、上塞、旋（軋）蓋機(jī)。本機(jī)采用日本全進(jìn)口高精度封閉式凸輪分度工位器，精度高，運(yùn)行可靠，使用壽命長。該分度器結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，長期使用無需維修。

本機(jī)主要適用于各種粉劑灌裝、壓塞及旋（軋）蓋，如青霉素粉末、膠原蛋******末、冰硼散粉末、農(nóng)藥粉末、胡椒粉末等。廣泛用于食品、制藥、化工行業(yè)及科研領(lǐng)域。該機(jī)既可單機(jī)生產(chǎn)，又可與洗瓶機(jī)、干燥機(jī)等設(shè)備組成聯(lián)動生產(chǎn)線。完全符合國家GMP要求。

It is built in the absorption of foreign advanced tecnology, based on independently developed by the company ,It is the domestic leading level.

This machine is suitable for a variety of small doses of powder filling&capping such as Penicillin powder, Collagen powder,Pesticides powder and so on. Widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical industries and scientific research.  Single machine can produce, but also with washing machine, dryer and other equipment linked production line. Full compliance with the GMP requirements.
